Last updated 2026-05-24

Service

Doxus receives business documents, extracts useful fields, stores workspace records, and delivers reports according to customer settings.

Account responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate account information, authorised user access, mailbox forwarding rules, connected destinations, and activity under their workspace.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unlawful material, abusive access attempts, service disruption, unauthorised scanning, or processing data without the right to do so.

Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the documents, instructions, recipients, and destinations they submit or connect to Doxus.

AI and OCR processing

Automated extraction may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers should review outputs before relying on them for accounting, legal, tax, or operational decisions.

Availability

Doxus aims to provide a reliable service, but access can be affected by maintenance, provider incidents, integration outages, network conditions, or misuse prevention.

Support

Support requests can be sent to support@doxus.app. Response handling may depend on plan, severity, and information available in the request.

Termination

Access may end if an account is closed, payment fails, the service is withdrawn, or these terms are materially breached.

Disclaimers

Doxus is provided as a business workflow tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
