Cookie notice
Storage items
The site and app may use cookies, local browser storage, and similar storage for authentication, session continuity, preferences, security, and diagnostics. Interface preferences including doxus-theme and doxus-shell-nav are stored only after user action. SuperTokens may create the __st_clockSkewInMillis clock-skew cache when the authentication SDK initialises.
Purpose
Storage is used to keep users signed in, remember interface preferences, protect sessions, route traffic, and understand errors that affect the service. Theme storage remembers light or dark mode after theme selection; navigation storage remembers the tenant shell rail state after navigation toggles.
Duration
Storage duration depends on item purpose, browser settings, session state, and provider defaults. User-action preference storage and the SuperTokens clock-skew cache persist until changed, updated, or cleared by the browser.
Strictly necessary
Authentication, security, load balancing, and essential preference storage may be needed for the service to work. The __st_clockSkewInMillis cache is strictly necessary for authentication SDK readiness, including the apex route session-existence check.
Consent-required storage
Optional analytics or marketing storage will not be described as active unless the service enables it and the consent flow is reviewed. The remaining public-route storage is strictly necessary authentication-system readiness and does not require consent.
Sentry telemetry
Diagnostics may include route metadata, browser details, and error context. Public marketing and legal routes are configured with browser tracing and browser-session integrations off and tracesSampleRate 0.
Updates
This notice may change when storage items, providers, or consent requirements change.
